Not forgotten

Whew, it's been awhile. Over a month and I've not blogged. I can't believe it. Things have been busy.

I had a laptop die and then replaced
We packed and moved. Now in Nicholasville KY
Sam turned 3
Sophia turned 1
Applied for Preschool for Sam
I decided to no longer be a Pampered Chef Consultant (if you have a problem or question though I'll direct you to someone who can help you out)
Drs appointments, dentist appointments, car appointments.

lol. The list goes on and on. It's been busy and we are tired.

In the next month we look forward to:

--My birthday! I'll be 28 not 29 like I was telling everyone (see what lack of sleep does to you it makes you feel older than you really are lol)
--Sam Bradley coming to the East Coast (Lousiville on 6/28, Lexington, on 6/29, and then Nashville on 7/3)
-The next Harry Potter movie coming out on 7/15
--The Little Ashes Movie in Louisville on 7/31 or in Nashville on 7/15
--Todd's 10 year high school reunion
--A trip to the Creation Museum with family and church friends
--More random appointments

and more....I'm sure there's something I just can't remember what else at the moment. We are doing well though and surving. Just didn't want you all to think we disappeared for good or anything. I'll post pictures soon as proof. :)

The fun continues

The fun continues around here. Got more pictures of the kids playing and not hurting themselves or each other. It really is possible. lol. Both kids are feeling a little bit better. Still having lots of congestion and stuff but overall the moods have improved. Don't you just love them? I love Sophia's little PJs with the ruffles on her bum. Oh and she pulled herself to standing at the table. She has been doing that more and more and even took a few steps today while holding on.

As a side note we've been keeping up with the potty training stuff even though the kids have been sick and Sam is doing very well with it...after he's feeling better we are going to move him into big boy underwear and start phase 2 of potty training....Wish us luck.

Can you tell they are sick?

I think it's been a combination of the funky weather and allergies that have finally claimed my normally sweet (though energetic) children and turned them into sad looking zombies. Both kids and I had fevers for the last 2 days and the kids both have major congestion and coughs. I have been fortunate to only have some congestion and some neck pain. I know that means sinus issues for me so I've been able to self medicate and feel somewhat better. Today was the first time they have started acting like they are feeling a little better. Here's some pictures of the fun today.

The things we do to look good

Went back to Planet Salon to get more highlights and get my hair trimmed up. The stylist Todd said that I take really good care of my hair and it shows. I'm glad as I'm growing it back out for Locks Of Love again. Anyways here are the pics of how it all turned out. I'm pretty pleased with it. :)
