Here's a link that actually works. (Apparently you tube removed theirs because of a copyright problem.)

To load videos on blogger, click the tab that says "edit html" instead of just "compose". Then you can use the "embed" link that is available on you tube or another video site. If you put it in the html window, it will work! :)
